Hotel Policies
- Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. Smoking is allowed on balconies and outdoor living areas only. A cleaning fee of MYR500 is payable directly to the resort if guests choose to smoke in-room.
- Note: JapaMala is not recommended for children under the age of 6 but they are welcome. In the interests of safety and enjoyment of all guests, parents of young children will need to exercise a high level of supervision.
Additional Guest Surcharges (Beyond Rate Inclusions)
- Additional charge of MYR100 per extra adult (over 12 years) per night, inclusive of extra bed and breakfast. Payable directly to the hotel.
- Additional charge of MYR30 per extra child (aged 3 - 12 years) per night, inclusive of extra bed and breakfast. Payable directly to the hotel.
Transfers
- From Kuala Lumpur (land transfer + boat transfer): Only on Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday, departure at 0800hrs from Villa Samadhi, Kuala Lumpur, at MYR 650 per person (minimum 2 persons), payable directly to the hotel.
- From Singapore (land transfer + boat transfer): Departure time at 0930hrs from Singapore, at MYR 1,850 return for 2 persons, payable directly to the hotel.
- From Mersing (boat transfer): Departure from Mersing at 1:30pm, departure from Japamala at 12:00pm, at MYR 200 per person (minimum 2 persons), payable directly to the hotel.
Cancellation
- Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival date will incur 100% of the reservation charge.
